15. Purchase Cancellation During KYC Verification
If a purchase is cancelled while an account is under KYC verification, the refunded amount will be credited to the user’s Fyphost account balance. Due to pending or unverified identity and security checks, refunds will not be issued to the original payment method until KYC verification is successfully completed.
